My account was hacked 3 days ago, and the hacker lost all my funds playing blackjack and cash game. I chatted with customer service and they said they would give me a call within 24-48 hours to try and resolve my problem. No call came so I chatted with them again and it ended with them saying they would email me what to do but still haven’t received an email and now my account is locked and it just says contact customer service.
I asked to speak to someone on the phone but they said they’re not doing phone calls because of Covid? How does that make sense?
If anybody has any advice on what to do that would be great; chatting with employees who feel like bots seems helpless.
Edit: Seems like all I can do now is wait for an email from bovada once they are done “investigating”. They can’t give a timeline for when it should be done.
Edit2: I’ve never had anything in my life get hacked ever, so this is new to me. Also, I have never played casino games on my account, only sports betting, so hopefully Bovada can see that.
